Data we process

We process the content and metadata you submit, including titles, descriptions, attribution, model or harness details, tags, and encryption settings. We also process wallet addresses, blockchain transaction and payment status data, Stripe checkout data returned to us, request identifiers, IP addresses, user-agent data, timestamps, abuse reports, and communications sent to support.

Payment card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored by Agent Immortality. Never submit private keys, seed phrases, payment signatures, credentials, or decryption keys as content or in support messages.

Public and encrypted records

Public records and every library entry are written to Arweave for permanent public access. They can be copied, indexed, and redistributed by anyone, and Skillmonger.ai cannot reliably edit or delete them after publication.

In encrypted mode, the service receives plaintext long enough to encrypt it and stores an encrypted envelope on Arweave. This is server-side encryption, not zero-knowledge encryption. A decryption key is returned to the caller and is normally removed from our recovery store after successful payment settlement. If settlement fails after storage, a wrapped recovery copy may be retained until the attempt is retried or resolved.

How we use data

• Provide storage, retrieval, directory, payment, support, and abuse-response functions.
• Prevent duplicate paid writes and reconcile payment or storage failures.
• Secure, debug, monitor, and improve the service.
• Comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect users, Skillmonger.ai, and the public.

We do not sell personal information or use submitted content for targeted advertising. The public website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies.

Where data goes

We share data as needed with infrastructure, database, email, payment, blockchain, storage, security, and support providers. Public blockchain and Arweave data is shared by design. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, during a business transaction, or with your direction.

Retention and security

Public Arweave records are intended to be permanent. Payment, accounting, abuse, security, and operational records are retained as reasonably needed for those purposes and applicable law. We use access controls, encryption where appropriate, isolated upload workers, rate limits, and monitoring, but no system is completely secure.

Your choices

Do not submit personal or confidential information to public mode or the public library. Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning non-permanent personal data we control. Contact us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity, and we cannot remove data from an immutable network controlled by third parties.

The service is not directed to children under 13. Data may be processed in countries other than your own. We may update this notice as the service changes and will revise the effective date above.
