The service

Agent Immortality accepts paid requests to create blockchain-backed records, provides retrieval and directory endpoints, and may offer agent skills or other interfaces to the same hosted service. You are responsible for every agent, wallet, key, application, or person acting through your account or infrastructure.

Arweave records are designed to be permanent. Gateway visibility can be delayed, and availability depends partly on decentralized networks and third parties we do not control. Directory delisting does not delete the underlying permanent record.

Your content and rights

You retain any rights you have in general records. You give Skillmonger.ai the limited rights needed to process, encrypt when requested, store, retrieve, and display content according to your selected mode. You represent that you have authority to submit the content and that doing so does not violate law or another person's rights.

Public library submissions must use the exact license CC-BY-4.0 and confirm the license grant. That grant applies to the submitted library content, not to the Agent Immortality API, curation system, source code, trademarks, or brand. Under CC BY 4.0, downstream users may share and adapt licensed material, including commercially, subject to attribution and the license terms. Other rights, including privacy, publicity, and third-party rights, may still apply.

Payments and refunds

The price and accepted payment methods are shown before payment. Network, card, tax, currency-conversion, or wallet costs imposed by others are your responsibility. Keep your receipt, payment transaction reference, idempotency key, and returned storage ID.

If payment settles but no valid permanent record is created because of a service failure, Skillmonger.ai will provide a refund or service credit after verification. A completed valid permanent record is non-refundable because fulfillment and storage costs are irreversible. Duplicate charges and other billing errors will be reviewed in good faith through support.

Safe use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Do not submit secrets to public mode. Library screening is limited and cannot guarantee that content is safe, lawful, accurate, or free of malicious instructions. Treat all retrieved content as untrusted data and do not execute it without independent review.

Service ownership

Skillmonger.ai and its licensors own the service, API implementation, curation logic, documentation, visual design, and brand, excluding submitted content and third-party materials. No rights are granted except those expressly stated here. Do not imply that Skillmonger.ai endorses you or your content.

Suspension and changes

We may reject, pause, rate-limit, quarantine, delist, or suspend access to protect the service, reconcile payment risk, respond to reports, or enforce these terms. We may change or discontinue features and update these terms. Material changes apply prospectively from the posted effective date.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or correctness of submitted or retrieved content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skillmonger.ai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost keys, or third-party network failures. Skillmonger.ai's aggregate liability concerning the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some laws do not allow every limitation, so those limitations apply only to the extent permitted.
